Every deposit and withdrawal on your betfurry account passes through a set of account-level checks before it settles. These are not delays for delay's sake — they exist so that the wallet receiving funds matches the wallet registered to your name, and so that no third party can initiate a payout on your behalf.

Your account requires a verified identity before a withdrawal is processed. This means submitting a government-issued ID that matches the name on your registered account. The verification step runs once; after it clears, future withdrawals move through the standard queue without repeating the document stage.
The Upay number or bank account you withdraw to must be registered under the same name as your betfurry account. Sending funds to a third-party wallet is not permitted and will hold the transaction for manual review. Keep your registered wallet details current in your account settings.
If a transaction sits in a pending state longer than expected, contact betfurry support directly through the account help section. Keep your transaction reference number ready when you reach out — it lets the support team locate your specific record without asking you to repeat account details over the chat.
After every deposit or withdrawal, your betfurry account generates a transaction record and your mobile wallet (Upay or your bank) generates its own. When the two amounts do not match at a glance, the reference detail is what resolves it. Your account history is found under the Transaction tab in the dashboard — it lists the method used, the direction of the transfer, the status label and a reference string.
Every completed transaction carries a unique reference string visible in your account's Transaction tab. This string corresponds to the transfer ID on your Upay or bank statement. If amounts differ, compare both reference strings side by side before contacting support — most mismatches resolve at this step.
Your transaction history shows one of three status labels: Pending, Processing or Completed. Pending means the request is queued. Processing means it is moving through the payment rail. Completed means the amount has settled. Do not submit a second request while a transaction shows Processing — duplicate submissions delay both.
The Transaction tab under your account dashboard holds a full record of every deposit and withdrawal in date order. You can filter by method to separate your Upay records from Bank Transfer entries. This view is the first place to check before raising a support ticket for any payment question.
Take a screenshot of your mobile wallet confirmation immediately after a deposit — the timestamp and amount shown there are the fastest way to reconcile a delayed credit. For bank transfers, keep the transfer receipt your bank app generates. These two pieces of evidence cover the vast majority of transaction queries.
Your betfurry cashier displays the payment methods available to your account tier and region. For eligible Bangladesh accounts, the verified rails are Upay and Bank Transfer. Availability of each method is confirmed inside the Cashier tab after you log in — the options shown there reflect what is active for your account at that point in time.
Account verification is how we confirm the person withdrawing funds is the same person who opened the account. It is a one-time step that protects your balance from unauthorised access. Submit your documents through the Verification section of your account settings — the form lists exactly what is required, and the review happens on our side without you needing to follow up in most cases.
Upload a clear photo of your National ID Card. The name on the ID must match the name on your betfurry account exactly — even minor spelling differences will flag for manual review and extend the process.
For Upay withdrawals, confirm the mobile number registered to your Upay account matches the number on your betfurry profile. For Bank Transfer, the account name and number must match the bank details saved in your Cashier settings.
Use the document upload form inside Account Settings. Accepted formats and size limits are listed on the form itself. After submission, your verification status updates in the dashboard — check there rather than raising a support ticket immediately after uploading.
Once verified, your account status moves from Pending to Verified in your profile header. This status persists for the life of your account unless you change registered details, in which case a re-verification of the updated information is required.
When your balance is sitting in your betfurry account and you want it back in your wallet, the withdrawal path starts in the Cashier tab. Withdrawals are processed to the same method you used to deposit where possible — if you deposited via Upay, the default payout route is back to that Upay number. Bank Transfer withdrawals follow the account details saved in your Cashier settings.
Log in to your betfurry account and tap the Cashier tab. Select Withdrawal. The methods available to your account are listed here — Upay and Bank Transfer for eligible Bangladesh accounts. If a method is greyed out, your account verification for that method is still pending.
Type the amount you want to withdraw. The minimum and maximum limits for your selected method are shown on the withdrawal form at this step. Do not enter an amount above the displayed limit — the form will reject it and you will need to split the withdrawal across multiple requests.
Check that the Upay number or bank account shown matches your registered wallet. If it does not, update it in Account Settings first and then return to Cashier. Submitting a withdrawal to an unregistered wallet triggers a manual review and delays the transfer.
After submitting, your withdrawal appears in the Transaction tab with a status label. Screenshot your wallet confirmation once funds arrive. Keep this alongside your betfurry transaction reference in case you need to reconcile the two amounts later.
Putting money into your betfurry account starts with the Cashier tab — it is the same tab you will use later for withdrawals, so it is worth knowing where it sits in the menu from your first session. For Bangladesh accounts, Upay and Bank Transfer are the two active deposit routes.
Log in to your betfurry account on your phone or browser. Tap the Cashier tab in the main navigation. Select Deposit. The Cashier displays the payment methods active on your account — Upay and Bank Transfer for eligible Bangladesh accounts.
Select Upay if you are depositing from your mobile wallet. Select Bank Transfer if you are sending from a bank account. Each option shows you the specific payment details and the reference code you need to complete that transfer correctly.
Type the amount and confirm. For Upay, complete the payment inside your Upay app using the betfurry account number shown. For Bank Transfer, paste the exact reference code into the payment note field in your banking app — this is the step most people miss on a first deposit.
After the transfer completes on your end, return to your betfurry dashboard and check the balance display. Deposits credited automatically update without a page reload on most mobile browsers. If the balance has not updated, open the Transaction tab to see the current status label for your deposit.

For eligible Bangladesh accounts, the active deposit methods are Upay and Bank Transfer. Both are listed in your Cashier tab after login. The methods shown reflect what is available for your specific account tier and region — if a method is missing, your account verification for it may still be in progress.
Check the Transaction tab in your betfurry dashboard first — the status label tells you whether your withdrawal is Pending, Processing or Completed on our side. If it shows Completed but your Upay balance has not updated, contact Upay support with the transfer reference, as the delay is on the wallet provider's settlement side at that point.
Yes. Withdrawals on unverified accounts are held at the review stage. Complete your verification through the Account Settings page — upload your National ID and confirm your registered wallet details. Once the verification status shows Verified in your profile, withdrawal requests process through the standard queue.
Bank Transfer deposits require the exact reference code shown on the betfurry deposit form. If you did not include that code in your bank payment note, the transfer cannot be auto-matched. Contact betfurry support through the account help section with your bank receipt and the amount sent — the team can locate and credit it manually.
The payout method must match the registered wallet on your betfurry account. If you deposited via Upay, the default withdrawal route is that same Upay number. To change your registered wallet, update the details in Account Settings first — the change requires re-verification before the new wallet becomes active for withdrawals.
